Steps to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate and complete your item return:

1. Initiate the Return: Log in to your account on our website and go to the "My Orders" section. Locate the order containing the item you wish to return and click on the "Return Item" button. Or follow our return link and input your Order number and Zip Code: https://returns.magnanni.com/
2. Request a Return Label: After initiating the return, you will be prompted to select the appropriate reason for your return from the dropdown menu. Then you will be able to request a return or exchange!
3. Prepare the Item for Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging if possible. Affix the return shipping label securely to the package.
4. Ship the Item: Drop off your package at the nearest UPS shipping facility or schedule a pickup if available in your region.
5. Confirmation and Refund: Once we receive and process the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days, and you can monitor its status in your account dashboard.

Important Notes

• If you received the wrong item, please send us clear pictures of the received product, the exterior of the shoe box, and the shipping box for verification purposes. A team member will then follow up with you regarding the issue! 
• Please note that handmade and hand-painted items can have slight color variations, which are inherent to the artisanal process and do not constitute defects.
